Rental Policy Highlights

• DocumentsBring your original passport and valid driving license on delivery day.
• Security DepositCredit card only. Refunded after 26 days. No cash accepted.
• Driver AgeMinimum required age is 21 years.
• DrivingReckless or noisy driving may result in fines or car impound — at your cost.
• Car ColorWe’ll try to match your preference, but it can't be guaranteed.
• Mileage300 km/day included. Extra = AED 10/km. Buy upfront at AED 5/km.
• Extra DriverAED 300 flat fee per additional driver.
• Salik & FinesAED 5 per toll. Any traffic fines are deducted from your deposit.
• FuelReturn with same fuel level to avoid charges.
• DeliveryFree in Dubai (8 AM–11 PM). Off-hours or other emirates cost extra.
• PaymentOnline payment required in advance. No refunds once booked.
• ExtensionsMust be paid for in advance to remain valid.
• CryptocurrencyWe accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major cryptos.
• Card FeesAMEX 5.25% (on delivery). Others 3% online.
• Speed Limit150 km/h max (3 times). On 4th — AED 2000 + car shutdown + no refund.
• InsuranceAll rentals include comprehensive insurance. Contact us for terms.
• ResponsibilityYou are liable for all legal or traffic violations.
